How to Choose A Lawyer
Who Will be Right for You can be a difficult process. It is important that you devote sufficient time to choosing the right lawyer who will understand your needs and have a reasonable chance at meeting your expectations. It is important to ask questions of both the lawyer and his staff. You should of course expect complete and understandable answers. You should also trust your instincts in determining whether there will be a good “fit” between you and your lawyer and his/her staff.

KEN JARAY Ken has been practicing law in Colorado Springs since 1979. He operated his own law firm from 1981-2007 and formed a partnership with Dave Webster in 2007. He limits his practice to representing people who have been injured by the negligence of others or on the job. In 2007, The Law Firm of Jaray & Webster represented 60 people in the aftermath of the Castle West Apartment Fire. Two people tragically died in the fire, many were injured, and everyone lost all of their possessions.
After the claim settled, The Law Firm established a non-profit foundation, The Castle West Foundation to promote the awareness and use of restorative mediation.
