Meet the Team

• KEN JARAY Ken has been practicing law in Colorado Springs since 1979. He operated his own law firm from 1981-2007 and formed a partnership with Dave Webster in 2007. He limits his practice to representing people who have been injured by the negligence of others or on the job. He maintains a “hands on” practice and is very involved with all cases handled by the firm. He takes pride in helping individuals both legally and emotionally after they have suffered a traumatic accident. Participation in both professional and community activities has been an important aspect of Ken’s career. He has been active with the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and El Paso County Bar Association. read more
• DAVE WEBSTER Dave has been practicing law in the State of Colorado since 1997. A Colorado native, he grew up in Denver, Colorado and received his undergraduate degree from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. Always interested in practicing law, he later received a Paralegal Certificate and worked for the Public Administrator of Mesa County helping to settle estates and ensure that family assets and valuables were preserved and distributed to heirs. read more
